Three CIT schools are preparing to go head-to-head for a times tables showdown over the next fortnight.
Starting on Tuesday 17th March, Year 3 and 4 pupils from Chapel St Leonards Primary School, Isaac Newton Primary School and Caythorpe Primary School will attempt to answer as many times table questions as possible outside of school hours to be crowned Top of the Rocks!
‘Times Tables Rock Stars is a carefully sequenced programme of daily times tables practice, which has very successfully boosted times tables recall speed for hundreds of thousands of pupils over the last 8 years in over 14,000 schools - both primary and secondary - worldwide.’
Pupils can answer questions from any game mode via the online platform and the winning school and class will be decided by the most questions answered per pupil at the conclusion of the challenge on Tuesday 31st March.
Rock on!
